Hotdog

Taking dog’s accessories to the next level.

Two years ago, HotDog came to us with a clear vision: to elevate the pet category through thoughtfully designed products. No name, no products, just this vision.
Working hand in hand with their team, we built a 360° brand from the ground up.

From the naming to the products, the brand is built around a strategic framework rooted in honesty, irreverence, and fun. Raw, unfiltered, and a little messy, its verbal identity goes straight to the gut.

HotDog challenges a market where most pet products are usually hidden. Instead it creates bowls you want to display, a bed you want to sleep in, a shampoo you’re jealous that you can’t use.

The logo captures a natural, instinctive gesture between dogs. Irreverent, honest, and a little shameless, it reflects the true tone of the brand. Celebrating the raw, unfiltered nature of the dog world.

Instead of placing the products on empty backgrounds, we brought them to life. All e-commerce photography was shot live, with real “actors” and bold, colorful sets.

At the core of HotDog’s ethos is the acceptance of all kinds of dogs, regardless of ethnicity, background or religion.

With that in mind, there isn’t just one style that defines HotDog, but many. Across multiple touchpoints, we collaborate with a wide range of different illustrators and friends to help create the HotDog world.

The more, the merrier!

With the need to show the products in real life, we captured them as they happen: flash on, strange angles, unplanned moments. Not polished. Not perfect. Real. Raw, spontaneous, and a little chaotic — just like the brand itself.
