A card game where silent team play is key
Duos is a team-based game where you and a partner collaborate to create unique hands of cards. The cover illustration reflects this core element of duality, visually echoing the game's central theme of partnership.
Duos is made up of two suits, and each card has a single number from 1 to 9, allowing the numbers to be large and fill the space on the card.
A set of goal cards was designed with icons and symbols to guide teams, showing how to score points and win each round.
In Magenta games, the card backs are always part of the cover illustration, framing and revealing the most central and iconic elements through the cover window.
The cover illustration shows two figures in negative space that complement each other, serving as a metaphor for the game’s silent collaboration.
